I understand that I bought a blemished model, but I wish you would show the exact model on the site...It was misleading because there were two multiple blem burton feathers listed on the site and I changed my order so that I was receiving a different one since the picture was different. Would just be nice to see exactly what you are getting.
Also, UPS left my board outside which was a huge pain in the $#*!. I live in a very busy neighborhood were theft is a problem and do not want a $200 HUGE package left in my yard for someone to grab and take away. I think that adding a signature to larger items shipped would be a very good idea for you all.
