I ordered a Bataleon Snowboard to be shipped to the UK. There was a problem with the shipping fees which caused me some problems over here. I was very impressed with the way my issues were sorted out though. The guy who helped me was friendly and professional and all though it was a hassle getting it, I love my new board!
