The Bike Came with multiple chips in the frame.
Who Ever built the bike did not do it correctly.
The chain was twisted in a knot I had to disassemble the derailleur to get it back. After that I decided to take it to my Local Bike Shop and have them look over the bike Professionally Which I Have to PAY FOR as for I do not trust the builder who did it in the first place.
I immediately called and Emailed Evo.
My response was 'Sorry we all ready took a loss on that bike. I'll refund $50 and send some paint'
I do not think that is how you should handle a customer. I understand Evo did not make as much money. I do not care that is not my problem and it's Extremely unprofessional to cry about money to the customer. $4000 is what I spent. It's not like I ordered a T-Shirt for $20. So now EVO is about to lose a customer who is willing to spend $4000. Also I have many friends who wanted this bike as well but after seeing how it came and How Evo handled the situation They would rather go somewhere else and pay more But have peace of mind with Better Customer Service
