Love the Patagonia Houdini jacket but would never purchase anything from Evo again. I didn't realize this was the men's Houdini so I ordered a medium, and then after wearing it and friends commenting that it looked a little big for a medium I realized it was a men's medium and tried to exchange it for a small but couldn't because it was worn. I realize this is 100% of my fault for purchasing the wrong size and not checking the routine policy, however had I just purchased it through REI, Patagonia, Backcountry or Mountain Gear like I usually do and this would not have been issue. So now I paid full price for a jacket that is too big for me, and Evo will not do anything about it. When I called they did offer 10% off another jacket, like seriously, then I'm basically paying twice for 1 jacket. I have zero incentive to shop here when other stores have the same items and same or better prices with way more flexible return policies.

My product may be crossing the country, but it certainly would arrive faster if it was shipped promptly after an order. I ordered on Thursday, shipment went out the following Monday. That is poor service. My first EVO order will be my last.

Pleasant and easy way of shopping. The website is easy to browse and compare products, and an assistant is always available to Chat when I have any questions. Evo made it very easy for me to track my order tht was received quickly and in good condition. This is a gift for my Godson's upcoming birthday so I can't comment on his impression, but the jacket seems to be of very high quality and i love the colour scheme!
