I like all the options to customize controllers. I was disappointed that the site had added tax once I added items in my cart. However once I got through the checkout process it seemed to recognize that the shipping address is in sales tax free DE.

I feel the custom ordering process would be easier if I could easily see what each step is called and be able to freely bounce from one step to another. Right now it's just step x of 14 and you have to hit next or back to navigate through them. If they were labeled in tabs for instance: side rails, mods, pro buttons, etc... and I could go from the last one to the first one without having to scroll through everything in the middle. Otherwise nice selection.

I am absolutely stoked with the controller, it is for my boyfriend for christmas so I'm not sure how it is 'game-play' wise, but it looks fantastic and the delivery times and customer service was absolutely brilliant

My son received the delivery of his custom Xbox One controller the day after Christmas. We were both very impressed by its "beauty" - the chrome features are really quite stunning and unique. We got exactly what we asked for. And fortunately, the controller functions perfectly, just as it should. We are very pleased with this purchase!
