At first I thought I was being scammed by Evil Controller, and then I was able to talk with a customer service rep. They had some delays due to one of the items not testing out well and they wanted to make sure that it worked great before shipping the controller to me. They upgraded my shipping to 2-3 days rather than the 7-10 days. My grandson received his controller and he said it was "Awesome" the greatest, he loved it.
That's all that matters when you are picking out a birthday present for the one you love!
