It was terrible, I could not get someone on the phone instead I kept getting a answering machine. I took extremely to long to get the product, one month to be exact. But besides that, the controller came out perfect and my son loved it. It's a great product just need to work on customer service.

A very easy to user interface and customization walkthrough! While other sites have similar customizing menu's, none was as welcoming and as easy to use as this one. Look forward to buying again if I feel the one I recently bought is wearing out, perhaps for my Xbox One that I'm sure to purchase sooner or later!
