Great easy to use and understand website. Loaded a little slow but other than that others a-okay.
I wasn't sure if the battery packs were battery cases (which I needed) or the rechargeable battery "cases" (which I didn't want). I was able to find the customer service # online very easily, so I called, and I was immediately put through to a very nice customer service rep who explained the product to me. I'm very impressed! I will definitely return to your site when I have the money to customize my controller!

Nice controller. Sometimes the controller has a laggy response when scrolling and hitting the x button. Problem seems to be fixed once you power on another controller, then reconnect the evil controller.
Cheap compared to competitors, good quality. Controllers real nice, used a couple times before survey. Processing was average, shipping was surprisingly quick. Mods work as intended and well. Contacted service for a few questions, pretty quick and good response.
