So far I am happy with the site. It will depend on how well the controller actually does once i get it.
Two weeks after I have received and used my controller, the faceplate started chipping. The white portion on the faceplate has started chipping off around the ring of the left thumb stick. The directions on using and activating the mods are tricky and it is hard to tell if they are in operation.
Loved making my controller, can't wait until it gets here :)

Too bad it doesn't have any matte choice. The controller is good, but being in France I had to pay an overall price of about $180 for a glossy white classic controller. It has improved bumpers and headset input, so the controller itself is flawless.
Great options to choose from, would like to see a bigger selection in the future.

Worked with staff on a Saturday, and was not expecting service on the weekend.
Good customer service but I Ferrell the controller well break just as easily as a regular dualshock 4. Which only takes about the months for the triggers to break. Not acceptable when you pay 200 for a controller
