Was not told that they can't ship it anywhere except the billing address of the card holder. This should be a warning for any collage student since most still hold their old cards and are not in the same town.

After 3 battle beaver thumb sticks went to crap in a very short time I switched to evil and WOW huge difference in response time just happier then pig in sh! T thank evil u rock!

When I first bought control it was fast and smooth April 2019
Shipped my control for repair before thanksgiving. Told I was going to have it prior to Christmas and never received it. I understand it was holiday season but just wish they would have been honest about how long it may takes finally got it Jan 6

Not a lot of communication on the order. Had to call multiple times to find out the status of what is going on. I did not know what to expect and honestly though your company might have been a scam because it. Also received my email for item being shipped after it already arrived. But once received I am very pleased with the product. Also wish I would have been notified that the d pad colors were out of stock while making purchase.

Very good and fast service delivery to me was one day amazing the flaw was setting it up it was difficult even with watching videos but good controller the mods are a dream

Great descriptions on mods. All in all a great controller but I wish I would have not bought the grips they apply ok but they started to fall off the next day and also are to raised and thick. Took off Immediately and had to sponge the adhesive off.

I hope the warranty is extended for christmas consideration

The Gold Warranty is a Joke. I bought it then have to pay for a bunch of repairs. I was quoted an amount for the repair then you later come back with more costs. Sounds like a scam to me. I even had to pay for the shipping to and fro for the controller when you guys state in your warranty that its covered and offer it for free on your site.

It's been great. The only thing is that I wish that u can give a little but more details about the information, that's all.

Easy and a lot of options overall a good experience

The shopping process itself is nice. You customize your controller and go to the paying page.
But only there you can see the additional shiping costs, which are quite much. Also, there are customs fees which are quite expensive to.
All in all no fault of Evil Controllers, but it would have been nice if there were a panel with a text like "For importers: remember that shipping costs and customs fee have to be paid alongside the controller".

Still, I swallowed the pill, and I have to say that the delivery time was fast and the controller itself was exactly how I imagined it.
