It was good, I like the variety of products you're site has to offer. I wish you had some LED lights I could purchase (for my transparent glow controller) Not sure if you have a phone app or not. Can't make a custom controller using my phone with you're site. My D-pad I recived wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I bought the tool thinking I'd use it for my D-pad or my analog stick installation, but it wasn't required. The picture of the D-pad was more than just the top piece. Didn't know it just popped off, didn't need to buy the tool. Didn't see anything about that stuff in any of the descriptions. I'm still happy about what I bought & I love the way my controller looks now. I plan on buying more stuff in the future.
There needs to be a better way for canadians to get cheaper shipping and no duty taxes on top of the shipping cost?
Buying the controller went really easy, everything was really clear except that I couldn't find if there are also symbols on the custom buttons.
I preferred the older method of creating a controller. This one is too stretched out for a normal screen resolution page and the options are much more confusing (since they were all shown at once in the older layout). Otherwise the site seems the same with my last purchase a few years ago. Just getting my controller replaced since the Y key stopped functioning.
I could not find any way to add any extended warranty or does it come with it already?
Pricing was best i have seen for modded controllers but there was not much variety on the colors on which i wanted to make my controller parts

Its was easy but if you wanted the same colour d-pad and same colour thumbstcks the colour would be different to the other. But otherwise than that really good!

Quick and easy and usually have reservations about ordering from outside UK, but read about site and company first so feel comfortable
Had to chase order up via customer services as took longer than the advertised delivery time, response from customer services took a couple of days too
It's been great and easy to create my own controller. C: I just wish we could choose to change the LEDS and the colours of the start and select buttons.

Wouldnt let me customize all 4 different ring of lights only the player one so i had to just choose a solid color
