The experience itself was awesome. There are tons of options that are easily applicable to the products you're searching for. The only issue, that in all reality can't be helped unless higher buyer volume is achieved, is that the prices climb incredibly fast. It's a little discouraging for the buyer (but again, it's something that can't really be helped).

The customer service issue I had was after making email contact with a specific question, I received a standardised email in response which did not answer my question. However, I followed up with the online chat and the person on the other end was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
I received the item for Christmas, it looks like what I ordered, but it was created by my 12 year old and to be honest, its all foreign to me, but it looks good!

I purchased a custom built controller on 2 Dec. I was a little concerned the week before Christmas when I hadn't received a shipping notification. I called the customer service line and spoke with a live customer service rep who was very helpful and reassured me the order would make it out in time. Within a few hours, I received the shipping notification and on Dec 23 the controller arrived in sturdy packaging exactly as I ordered it. My Son loves the controller and was one of his highlight gifts. Thank you for the excellent customer service and high quality product during a crazy time of year!
