I bought a few items from this website and in one case they said an ordered item was not available and would be refunded. Refund didn't come for weeks and when my credit company started investigating with a claim, they threatened cutting my access to purchases rather than proving their refund.
There is no sense of customer service here. The products can be purchased at better prices from amazon japan as well
They have a good product selection as far as products that are harder to find in the U.S. but their prices are high and no matter how much you spend they charge for shipping; around 25 dollars.
They should lower their prices if they want to charge for shipping or after a certain amount maybe $100.00 ship for free. Don't take advantage of customers with high prices and a 25-dollar shipping fee no matter how much you spend.
I think everything ships from Japan and you do have to wait a little to receive your merchandise which is fine with me, but it is too expensive.
I recently bought a few RMK foundations - super good! The shipping was fast. And the service was good. I could see from the DHL tracking and the shipping address that the products were from Japan. I will purchase again!
I bought a HAKU Melano Cool White Solid cream from this website. It is quite expensive, but it needs to be stored in the fridge, so I do not understand how they can ship it to me in regular box. When I tried to return it, it is a royal pain.

Shiseido, the manufacturer of HAKU Melano Cool White Solid, describes to cool this product well BEFORE USE to get the effective result to the skin. That's why they say "Store in refrigerator." and it does NOT mean keeping it at normal temperature causes any damage to the product itself. Could you please let us know the reason why you are not sure if we ship from Japan? Because our address is Tokyo, Japan and we do use Japan Post to ship all orders. Also HAKU Melano Cool White Solid is exclusively available to Shiseido Japan online store and they only ship within Japan. I just would like to know what caused you to be doubtful about our location. In this case, one of the ordered items was unfortunately out of stock, and we processed a refund immediately on the same day via the original payment method (PayPal). Our records show the refund was completed on our side without delay.
Sometimes, depending on the customer’s card issuer or PayPal’s processing, the refund may take time to appear on the statement. We advised the customer to confirm directly with PayPal, as the funds had already left our account.
We never intend to threaten or restrict access to future purchases — our policy is to assist customers as best as possible within the procedures of PayPal and card providers.
