I placed two orders for Mobile phones on the 9th Jan. I received one a 2.5 inch Z18 Android 4.0 Mini Smartphone MT6575 but it comes without Market or play store contrary to its advertisement. I have emailed but they just say it is on it. Without being able to register a google account the functionality of a smart phone is basic phone calls. I would avoid the purchase of this phone. I did provide feedback but it was never published on the website. My other phone i have yet to receive but if the first is anything to go by i do not have a lot of confidence. They also say they will reply to e-mails within 24 hrs. Well i would not believe that either. I could not recommend this website from my experience so far.

They have closed my ticket saying all i have to do is download it. I have tried many versions of play store and none will open once installed. Google says the phone is incompatible. So i am left with getting an RMA and i can guarantee it will mysteriously get lost in the post or i can pass to trading standards. Either way i have lost my phone but at least trading standards may ask a few more questions to resolve this.
Not happy with the the way they deal with customers, my advice would be not to buy from this company. They responded quicker on here than they did on the website.
In particular DO NOT buy Z18 Android 4.0 Mini Smartphone MT6575. It has no reviews which presumable means they are all bad and they don't submit those ones. My review certainly didn't get published

Possibly the worst site i have ever purchased on and i do not recommend anyone to use. I ordered a phone on the 1/1/14 and i have still not received my product. I understand that shipping to the UK can take up to 10 workings days, but waiting over a month is ridiculous. I have emailed and left comments several times but the site still has not responded. I have even attempted calling (which internationally is not cheap) and the number which has been given is clearly faulty. I was given the order number E**************. Have attempted tracking my order- again this proves unsuccessful. The frustration and neglect for customer service is seriously making me consider legal action.

I have ordered several times from Everbuying.com some cell phones and other small items. Everything was perfect - exactly the same items as claimed, no damages and very good quality for a reasonable price. The only inconvenience is the long term of delivery (much more than 25 business days as announced) and the impossibility to track the parcel in flat rate shipping. The customer service is good enough. Overall it's a good site for me.

I ordered two jackets and selected express delivery which according to the site was supposed to arrive in 7-9 days. * days went by and my order status still said "processing", so i contacted them. 2 days later they responded by saying they did not have the item in stock. I responded back asking why they sold me something that they didn't have in stock and asked for a refund. 4 days has gone by and i have not heard back from them. They advertise a respond time of within 24 hours which is beyond a lie and they sell items they don't even have in stock... buyer beware... stay away from everbuying.com

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
