This company has the Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. I was sent two dresses and charged for two dresses. I mailed them back, had photo receipts of the dresses being returned and signed for. It has been over 2 months and they only refunded me $51.00 of the $131.98 I paid. They said it was for shipping and tax. I PAID TO RETURN THE DRESSES. This company is a total scam. Buyer beware.

Do not shop here. Take your business elsewhere! Customer service is a joke and even if they mess up they will give you bare minimum effort to correct. You will be wasting your time and money. Once my dress FINALLY arrived it was wrinkled beyond belief. Run away!

Good luck returning

It been three weeks trying to get hold of anyone regarding returning the dress I purchased, because it's not the right size no one is responding my email and when I called customer support they keep saying to send email that is the only I can do return this place is a joke save your money

I felt compelled to write due to the plethora of negative reviews on here and other sites. I was very hesitant to order from ever pretty as a result. However, my experience has been extremely positive. The four dresses I ordered came within the delivery time promised and the quality was well above what I had anticipated for the little I paid for them. Don't expect the quality of Coast or Monsoon, but if you're on a budget and looking for a dress to impress, I would certainly recommend ever pretty. I kept one of the dresses and exchanged another. I followed the return instructions on the site and was contacted by a representative within 24 hours of my return request. I returned the items, emailed ever pretty proof of postage and the items were swiftly refunded. No problems or questions asked. I would certainly have no concerns about ordering from ever pretty in future.

I was a bridesmaid and unfortunately, the bride picked these dresses due to the affordable price. We ordered them off of Amazon. I didn't want the bride to freak out and think I was never going to order so I ordered back in January to give her peace of mind even though the wedding wasn't until May. I got pregnant shortly after ordering the dress and didn't find out until March. In April was when I had to go try to get the dress altered. The dress was too small and I needed to get the next size up. I reached out to the seller on Amazon and they told me they couldn't do anything because it was out of the return window. I did not want to return, I wanted to exchange. They would have still gotten their money from me, and I would have gotten the correct size dress. I ended up having to order the correct size and pay for it all over again. They didn't like my recent review on Facebook about them and told me to reach out to them privately. I did, and they told me again there was nothing they could do and to contact Amazon. It's not Amazon's issue as they are a third-party seller. I would never EVER order from them, and I don't recommend to anyone else.

TERRIBLE CLOTHING COMPANY

I bought a dress and it did not fit well. I contacted customer service and they confirmed the refund. I had to pay $22 for shipping to me and then $20 JUST TO SHIP IT BACK. By the time I got the refund back from the dress, I would have saved more just keeping it. When I tried contacting customer service, no one answered (what a shocker!). I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this clothing company and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Spent more money returning than purchasing the actual dress. TERRIBLE CLOTHING COMPANY! If I could give a ZERO rating I would!

Shopped online for dresses for wedding during COVID. Returned a dress, never refunded. They said they never received the dress even though post office tracking shows it was received and signed for. Then said it was past the 30 days allowed. No refund. No dress I'm just out the $$.

Sizes run small

I ordered a dress my usual size and it was too tight up top which surprised me since im small chested. For return i had to contact customer service, they only give 30 from placing order and I had to pay to return it. I thought why not just exchange for another dress, nope I have to get the same one. Welp ok, give me my money and I will take my shopping elsewhere.

Worse site ever

Ordered rompers and was told you can exchange without any problems for a different size and they would be shipped for free ( you would pay for return shipping which is totally reasonable). What they do not tell you is they do not have exchange sizes and refer you to their "sister company" in China where you have to pay for shipping a second time. Buyer beware

I ordered from Ever-pretty thru Walmart online site. My order was promised by end of day 4/22/2020. Tracking on usps site shows 4/14/2020 label created! Tracking on ever-pretty says it was shipped from Irvine CA at 9:07 a.m. 4/15/2020. According to their site once item is shipped they process your payment. I live within 2 hrs in same state yet no pkg.

They refused to return my dress that doesn't fit because I went over 5 days for return policy because we have been quarantined and post office is closed. Should honor my request inspite of our situation with Covid. This company sucks, and should practice better caring customer service practices instead of sticking it to their customers during this difficult time.

If you order from this company, you will not be able to return or exchange anything. They are in China, it will cost you almost $100 to return anything, no one ever answers the phone and the mailbox is full, and the person who answers your emails is gifted at giving you the run-around until you just give up. I suspect this is their business plan.

I ordered my dress for a dance. I sized according to the chart but when it came it was too big. I called customer service to get an exchange in a different size, but the woman was so RUDE! She even hung up on me after not answering any of my questions. I love the dress, I just wish I wouldn't have needed to call customer service and that the dress was perfect the first time.
