Some places have lousy acoustics. Not this theater. The sound was great and i do wear hearing aids, but some places i cant hear with them. Bill Mayer was great as well. Its like he just jotted down every stupid thing Rump did over the last couple of years and reminded me again not to forget.

I was extremely happy with the performance! However, disappointed in seating arrangements - or lack thereof. I paid for second row seating. As soon as the lights went out, fans rushed the stage. I ended up about six rows deep. No security/ushers to patrol the aisles, people pushing their way past me. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Could not enjoy the show as much as I should have, and for as much as I paid for the tickets.
The new singer was good, but nobody could replace Cory. The bass player made just one small flub, forget which tune it was. Also there was problem with the wireless guitar. Old-fashioned cord got it working, except it still couldn't be heard in Row 2. Biggest issue was blaring too-loud sound, not very comfortable after a while, and bad EQ on the drums, way too boomy. Other than that everything else was perfect! I still love these guys, even though they're down to 2 original members.
We were so excited to have the opportunity to see Jim Gaffigan live. He was so funny and good clean humor was very well received.
The venue was very comfortable and easy to access.
We decided to go to Jeff Dunham last minute. Navigation for seating and check out were very quick and the tickets were at a discounted price! "Score"

Halsey was energetic and she is a talented performer. The music in between and the other performers, particularly Party Next Door, had vile and nasty lyrics that debased women to such a low point that I wanted to run screaming from the room. We will NOT return! And BEWARE if you plan to bring your children. Not appropriate for ANY ears, particularly the young.

InI had spent over 300 dollars for 4 tickets for the Marvel Live Universe including 18 dollars extra each ticket for their service fee. I wait for the ticket confirmation to print out these tickets and they email me back saying that the seats I purchased were unavailable and had even worse seats to offer me. I called them several times only to be transferred to the "real" people who actually bought those tickets for resale and they don't even answer their phone, you have to leave a voicemail or email them back. Because of them my family missed out on the show and I have to wait over a week to get my money back from them because I used my credit card. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! THEY ARE A SHAM!
The concert was canceled now it's like pulling teeth to get a refund! They're trying to state the concert is postponed to a later date when I have a noticed that it's been cancelled or postponed indefinitely. How can anyone say it's been postponed to a later date from reading that? Then they had the gauld to say the tickets don't have the same value anymore!
The arena didnt open until 645pm. Tons of people waiting outside and in. Witnessed a situation with a handicapped person forced to stand, no one offered her a chair and security wouldn't let her through so she could sit down. The signage is absolutely confusing. Why would you call them portals? Even your staff was confused on where to send us. The seating, we were in 207, was way too small. I can't imagine anyone taller would be able to sit. Disappointed to say the least and won't be back.

I purchased two tickets for Jethro Tull at Foxwood. Event Tickets charges me 48.00 per ticket for a service charge. I would have cancelled the tickets but they were for my husband's retirement gift. I will never used them again.
Didnt get to go to the Burno mars concert due to him having a sinus infection. And didn't get any notification from you guys where I purchased my tickets from letting me know any details about my tickets or of you're still holding them until the rescheduled date or if I'm going to be refunded back.
Had awesome tickets to a Clippers game at a discounted rate. FedEx shipped the tickets to my place (I wasn't here), but ended it picking it up at the post office. Better to be safe than sorry.

First the face value of tickets with tax was 19.00 this site charged 35 plus handling charges. Seats where up high and directly behind the basket couldn't see most of the game without watching the tv. Not worth the overinflated price.
