Luke Combs put on a great show! He was fun, entertaining & was definitely there to please the audience! However, the venue itself was horrible. The space was overly cramped (the way the seats are arranged), the sound effects are terrible & even the lighting was poor.
We weren't sure what to expect from this show. We were very happy we came. The venue its self is just Gorgeous! The show was Spectacular! The signing, dancing, and loved the Santa! When we did the audience participation song it was hilarious! Lots of fun for all! Highly recommend this show!

Took my son to his first NHL game between the Blue Jackets and New Jersey. He's a big hockey fan. What made it even more exciting for him was the fact that New Jersey won. Since I'm a Blue Jacket fan, I told him that one of us would go home happy!

Eventticketcenter.com totally scammed me. I bought tix for a concert and paid the higher of the 2 amounts posted for them under the representation that they were balcony seats. When I arrived I got a lesson on this sites hustle. They are a scalper site. They can list whatever they want. Buyer beware. Only buy concert tix on Livenation, or Ticketmaster.
I took my husband to see Old Dominion for his birthday and we both had an amazing time. Double Shot as the opening act was awesome and the icing on the cake was when Old Dominion came out. Had no problems getting my tickets at a reasonable price too!
Although the ticketing process was easy enough, I was surprised at how much the service fees were. I had a $ 40 ticket and then between the service fee and delivery fee, the ticket came to $ 61.
Where to start... first they send me a notification that the concert I was going to was going to be canceled indefinitely 4 hours before the concert started. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal except that when I looked online, there were multiple articles saying that it was going to be canceled 3 DAYS before the concert was supposed to happen. Why wasn't I notified then? Well, they "don't know" was the answer. Cost $50 in gas to go to a concert that wasn't even happening.
Then I call them to get my refund since the email said: "it was canceled and postponed indefinitely." Oh no, the email they sent me three days late was also wrong and apparently, it was conveniently set to be rescheduled at a later date. Ha. It's been 4 months so I decided to call back just to see where we were in the process. Again nothing. So once again I explained my frustrations and all I was met with was rudeness and absolutely no sympathy. Look I get it. It's not like they were the ones in the company who sent the email. Nor would they be able to "twist the arm" (their words) of the artist in order to get an update. But your job as Customer Service is to SERVE THE CUSTOMER. This means making up for the mistakes that others in the company may have made. Now I'm not expecting they reimburse me for the gas or anything like that, but seeing as how I paid a 15% SERVICE fee to buy the tickets I expect at least a little bit of it. You know an apology, an email saying "hey we know your concert was canceled, but we're still working on it" would've been nice. Instead, I get radio silence or abrasive denial of any responsibility. Will never use this service ever again.
The Katy Perry concert was so much fun! Plus our seats were upgraded to be right down by Katy's stage. My 13 year old daughter was so excited!
There are not too many events at the Fox Theatre that I don't enjoy. If only someone could get a bus, pick up seniors at a location in the early afternoon. It would be a booming business because many seniors don't drive downtown.
We paid over $40 service charge for foo fighters & to have some else's name on our tickets get it direct from Ticketmaster still a service charge but about 1/2 as much

Great seats were found for us based on what was left since are both permanently disabled. We had wheelchair escorts to our seats and again after the game-KUDOS Ticket master n NRG mobility agents. They were so helpful, friendly n courteous.
His performance was better then expected. The "admin fee" was ridiculous! The only downfall is the ticket process, as for Noah, I gotta see him every chance I get.
Kenny's concert was a very enjoyable with my 81 year old mom and sister. The Hartman arena made navigating the parking and seating more pleasant than Intrust Arena.
I don't understand how this worked but the tickets found here were about a 1/3 less that what we found on ticketmaster. Keep doing what you do Eventticketcenter and we will keep buying tickets
Always worry when buying tickets online. Is it a scam, will the tickets be real, what an awesome experience. All went well, good prices, good service, good tickets. I will recommend and purchase again Event Tickets Center

Fantastic group and orchestra. We would love to see and hear either again. But together, neither was allowed to really shine. The voices were drowned out while the fantastic skill and nuances of the orchestra were splashed over. Please understand that nothing said here is negative towards Celtic Thunder or the orchestra. But a Symphony tour is not something we would attend again.
