I bought 2 tickets nov 23 fromEvent ticket to see a show at Kravis center on dec 23. They lie saying they try to contact me to let me know me 2 tickets been sold since I been unreachable by phone and they told me try to send me paper tickets home and they get lost. I spoke with the manager and offer me an apology.
P.S. I ckeck online ans still tickets available $400 and above. And I believe 2 of those used to be mine

Everything was great, but notes said that you need to print the tickets. That was hard work. Then in the Center they asked version from my mobile phone.
We will be seeing them again next year. The concert was amazing! Would recommend anyone to go see the concert

I purchased three tickets, one for myself and two others as gifts, for an event. I was charged about $14 "tax" on EACH ticket, as well as $7 "shipping, when it was an edownload. That is when I should have known something was wrong. When my guests and I attended the event, I was told my tickets were illegitimate and I was forced to pay for three more tickets at the venue itself. I am extremely disappointed and if I could give this site zero stars I would. They gypped me of my money and I am beside myself. Do not be fooled
The different acts were great... Alot of variation... I took my boyfriend and he had never been to a Cirque show... He loved it... we will be going to future Cirque shows here in Nashville..

Every thing said we had seen on TV.We wanted to see Jesse Watters and he was not there and nothing was said on why. $164; 00 for nose bleed seats, what a rip off.
I ordered a $ 28 dollar ticket, they charged me $11+7.95 more.
They told me that they have only the row A in the orchestra ticket, the others are all sold out. When I went there there were a lot of empty seats at the orchestra, where I usually like to sit.
Unless they reimburse me I'll never use this company again.
We have attended almost every circue de solidly traveling show, only to miss this one because of shipping. This was a Christmas gift.
The concert was Great but the price of the tickets through Event Tickets Center was a bit out of line. 3 times more per seat than going direct to the venue. Will be going again but a little wiser on the purchase location.
My wife, grandson, son, son-girlfriend, and I attended that Nashville Nutcracker on Sunday the 17th of December. We enjoyed the ballet so much we talked about it for two days. Immediately after the show we went to a nearby coffee house and by accident happened upon one of the flower women from the ballet. We surrounded her asking questions and getting good answers. She was from Chicago and explained her love of ballet and we told her of our grateful response for all her (and all the cast) hard work on this astonishing wonderful ballet. Thanks so much.
We booked our tickets for the last night of the National Finals Rodeo through EventTicketsCenter, and it was the best decision ever. Super easy to book the tickets - very reliable and very prompt communication. Then when we were in Vegas, we were called twice for free upgrade of our tickets. We had the opportunity of a lifetime to go form row N to row A, right behind the bucking chutes. I still cannot put into words how amazing of an experience this was. Did not receive my tickets for event even though order was placed 2 months prior to event and order was confirmed. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. Tickets were expensive. No explanation given as to why they werent available even though tickets were confirmed. Will not use this site again. Very displeased.

This website was easy to use and I would use it again. As Las Vegas locals, over all, we loved Dwight and really enjoyed the opening act. There were a couple of problems with the venue though. The sound was too loud to the point of distortion for the first few songs of King Leg but they did finally get it together. The worst problem is, although we had good seats, the seating is worse than airplane seating. Sardines come to mind. There was barely any knee room when you sat down, they have smaller than normal chairs and they are attached together. I paid quite a bit of money for good seats expecting to be comfortable. Fail. We wound up touching shoulder to shoulder with the patrons sitting on either side of us. People literally had to get out of their seats and move to the aisle so someone could get to their seat. Others were climbing over from the seating behind to get to their seats. Makes it hard to enjoy a show unless you are just a die hard fan. We will probably not go to another show there on the seating arrangements alone.
