I bought tickets on 11/29/23 for the Rolling Stones. On 3/21/24 They sent an email to accept my tickets in the next email. The next email was the exact same as the 1st one, no tickets. I emailed them right away and told them the issue. Fast forward to today 5/23/24,1 week before the show and I still don't have my tickets. I have emailed numerous times, and spoke with someone numerous time by telephone. They all tell me the exact same answer. "I am sorry to hear of this. We will look into the matter and get back to you." They never do. On 5/1/24 they finally sent me the tickets and I accepted them and downloaded them immediately. Within minutes they revoked them! I am back to square 1. No tickets, 7 days until the concert. NEVER EVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!THEY ARE A SCAM!
