It was a easy process received products in a timely manner.

Good Stuff

The product I ordered, table cart, was not as described. It came without carpeted stands, where the tables rest on. I received a small discount because of this, but I still had to cover the boards with carpeting.

The step by step method you provide makes it easy for a regular person to get through the process

Very easy and when calling with a question, it was nice to speak to a real person. Very nice service thus far!

We ordered 10 round tables which were individually packaged. When the shipment came in, we looked at the pallet and saw no outside physical damage. After breaking down the pallet and unpacking each table, we found (2) two tables damaged beyond use!
We called your company and were told there is nothing you can do. To us, that's unacceptable!
