It was awesome how quickly our concerns were responded to. Please understand and we want to be very clear, we were not looking or asking for free points or a credit, but simply wanted to share positive input for a better overall experience. We totally understand the shipping issue, but attention to a small packaging, even (1) chair protective rice paper cover, can most likely be sent at a low cost, and the cost can be passed on, or charged higher with an offer of a credit for a future order if satisfied with the product...win win. Thanks so much for the quick attention to our comment and the credit. We truly hope to purchase more from your organization as our business grows.

I had been looking all over for these 'S' hooks. Worked perfectly.
The cushions look great on the chairs! I love that the case has a zipper, so you can take it off to wash. The only thing is that the straps with velcro the cushion has to attached it to the chair are a little short, so I cannot use them.
The stools were exactly what we expected. Took a little longer to put together than we thought but quality and price were great.
