I have purchased from Event Decor Direct a few times, all large orders. All items are quality and on time delivery. Customer service is very helpful as well! Love the loyalty points, I will purchase again.
I placed an order from them and per their website the order should have been here last week, they sat on it until the deadline. The solution that they offered after you couldn't get anyone to respond over a week was to ask me to pay over $400 for shipping to get it here 1 day sooner. Ridiculous terrible customer service! They all have attitudes or don't know anything or don't respond in a timely fashion.

Don't bother with this company. While on their site you will get fake coupon codes that don't work and when you contact customer service they just tell you that some things are exempt. And that is all they will tell you. If you ask anything else or try to contact them thereafter they will not respond to you at all.
They also charge an obscene amount for shipping. For a box of pins that costs $4 and weighs maybe 2 oz the charge $17 to ship it.
These people advertise one price then when you get to the cart, it is another, but I still placed an order. They called me and said that the free shipping was not free and that I would have pay. I cancelled that order. They are horrible do not order from this company., False advertising.
