I am sorry to hear that our prices seem excessive to you. Let me please assure you that the quality of our service more than compensates for the cost. Allow me to explain.

For future reference, our prices do reflect the actual verification processes that members have to pass through in order to register, as well as after the registration on our website. These processes need to be constantly maintained and continued in order to provide the most verified communication platform for our members. Since these processes happen over great distances and involve a multitude of people, they of course require financial investment.

Please remember that we have different credit packages available for you to purchase – all at different rates per credit. For instance:

20 credits = $15.99 (0.80 cents per credit)

160 credits = $96.00 (0.60 cents per credit)

1,000 credits = $399.00 (0.40 cents per credit)

As such, the bigger the package of credits you purchase, the cheaper it is per credit.

One-Way Video Chat costs 4 сredits per minute;

Two-Way Video Chat costs 6 сredits per minute;

Offline Chat Message sending costs 1 credit per message (160 symbol limit);

Email costs 10 сredits each;

Sending/viewing photos or videos costs 15 сredits each;

Sending stickers costs 5 сredits each;

Sending animated smilies costs 1 сredits each;

Viewing video in profile costs 10 сredits each;

So the credits would last much longer by using the online chats instead of letters and bigger credit packages.

Could you please tell me which messages seem automatic to you? I would be glad to check this as we welcome only real people here.

Maybe you have activated the Automatic Purchasing option in your account? There is a notification about that option on the Payment page, there is also a box at the bottom of that page that can be checked/unchecked to enable/disable it.

Everyone comes here for communication, that's why you receive a lot of messages from everyone. However, could you please tell me which members sent you a lot of messages without pictures on your profile?

You can send your personal information such as telephone numbers or emails, via a video chat or through a gift delivery.

To initiate a 1-way video chat, click on the camera/photo icon in the chat and then click on take with a webcam. To initiate a 2-way video chat, the member of your interest must do this also or, simply click on "Start Video Chat" if the option is available. The video chat does include sound therefore, you can physically speak your personal details to the member of your interest.

A 1-way video chat costs 4 credits per minute and a 2-way video chat costs 6 credits per minute.

The gift delivery service allows you to put a smile on the face of the member of your interest by making them a surprise gift. We have an extensive catalogue of gift items, flowers inclusive, that you can choose from once you click on this service in a member’s profile. The standard delivery fee will be 49 credits and the final price depends on the items chosen. To fulfil your gift delivery, you can type up a heartfelt note that can include any of your contact information. As proof of delivery, our team will send you a photo of the member together with your gift and note.
