Bought a membership with Euro Date, it was new and exciting about using this app, 19.99 promotional offer and then I pay 50 monthly for 150 credit, this credit ran out if fast, what happend is as soon as you get credit the app looking for open email, you don't want to open and take your credit. Try to talk to the customer, they take a lot of time to help you. Certified member who can use the application for free referred to me in a bad way nothing happens.
I sent an email requesting cancellation and refund. I spoke to 8 different agents who confirmed the cancellation but not the refund and I explained what happened and how I felt. After requesting the refund,
One agent gave me 20 credit to use the app and I refused to continue due to poor service. They are not clear in the service they provide and use fake profiles, si they refund this amount to My card and when I asked for My remaining balance they refused to refund my money. I do not recommend them at all.
I had to pay almost 150 dollars and the money evaporated in 24 hours, this website not only steals money but also plays with people's feelings. It must be reported so that people with good intentions are not deceived.

Eurodate is a quotation site that worked well for me. I used the service for 3 months and met several women I like and I'm still dating today. I liked how the site worked. I am American, so we might do things differently. However, I never been on a dating app that allows credits and you buy them. I wasn't even chatting for more than an hour and my "credits" ran out. I don't believe in paying for something that you have to buy more of to continue chatting that's a scam. But like I said I'm an American so we do things differently.

Subscription is access to the services + packages of credit. Using a service takes a certain number of credits. When you run out of credits, the site will ask you to top up your profile to continue. 1. Subscription rip off. You sign up but the keep asking for more money to get credits to continue communicating.
2. Fake profile, all the guys do not have a conversation, they send inspirational quotes that appear to be romantic. More money to chat

4. Lies, customer service said they ask for more money as protection from scammers. They are the scammers.

An absolute SCAM. I was able to catch some nonsense response that were written by robots. I found a lady that used the death of her husband and pictures with her son to attract vulnerable honest candidates. Despicable! Says she is ready for a new relationship but when she makes you feel real close she dissipates with evasive texts. Then I tried many more and had the same...Ladies are not real. I felt they are train to make you spend credits. If I would get one star for every lady I contacted this site would be minus 5. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I agree with all the 1 Star comments in this site.

First of all I have to say that it is easy to use the site with many interesting features. Price is very expensive but that is your choice to pay to use features or not. Recently I chatted with a guy and I know for sure he is a Russian and I forced him to admid that he has a wife and he gave excuses that he has a woman on the site with which he build a relationship. Dating app is very easy to use. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received when I needed it. Very inexpensive, a great value for my money. The service exceeded my expectations. It's an alright dating site that I used to use and don't anymore because of the people who created it.

I think that there should be no particular time when I need to set myself in a romantic, dating mood. So, I love the freedom of searching for a dating partner at any time. Euro Date has provided this opportunity, and I can now hunt for the desired partner anytime. After trying out the free trial, I have also signed up for the premium service to use every feature.
The reason Im writing this is not because Eurodate has the most amazing support experience I ever had, but I do want to say that at least this site answers back same day and is polite and reactive, so that says a lot to me compared to my many experiences on otherdating sites where support is a giant lame and void automated response.
