Etude House has some of the most gentle and best skincare I know. Their Soonjung skincare line is especially great, one of the most neutral and minimal I know. I love their hydro barrier cream and emulsion, but I'd say skip the foam cleanser, as it could be drying for sensitive skin types.
Etude House also has a lot of makeup of which only some has impressed me. Their eye makeup remover is the only one gentle enough for my sensitive eyes. Their Dr. Mascara Fixer also works wonders, and I highly recommend it to anyone with straight lashes that don't stay curled no matter what (this will change your life). However, the rest of it could be skipped for better alternatives like Peripera or 3CE. The other only problematic thing is that it can hard to find Etude House products and get them shipped to/within the US. You'll have to search hard on Amazon or Sokoglam to find some items.

This site is a scam website I feel, as I had placed 7 order altogether because of processing to order cancel loop. Let me tell you.
This is My experiences with Etude House. It's my first time ordering from them.

I placed an order for the Etude Hershey Limited full set on 3 February, payment was thru, it's was processing status but after several day until I found out 12th February, the order was cancelled without any notification or email from Etude.

I wrote an email to them, they said its because my payments failed, so I have to provide the credit card transactions record to prove. That got my order on processing status again but then after several day order was canceled again, and without email, I check inbox and junk mail, none at all so I wrote to them which they replied that the full set limited was out of stocks. So they had to cancel order and refunded me and then I had to reorder items with ready stocks but then same thing happen. It's in a loop, That why I had so many cancel and closed order.

The things is if items was out of stocks you still can placed order, and it will results in such. They should put how much stock they have and customers can't placed an order once items when out of stock. Now I have to took over a month to see whether they really refunded me. I feel like being scam.

My latest order however had a complete1 order status but after few days it became processing then processing1 again, and yes I believe they will cancel my order without notices again, and I'm sure they will say cause it out of stock.
But I'm sure that I'll never get my order and second I'm still waiting for the refund on cancel order.

This was my first worst online shopping experience!

Best makeup I've tried and that works for me so far. The makeup Rosy Pure almost matches my skin colour (I wish they had paler) and is on the cheaper side. I love K-Beauty looks that they model.

Etudehouse.com sells Korean beauty products under the Etude House brand. The site is easy to navigate and has a good variety of items. The forms of payment accepted by the site are PayPal and credit cards. When making purchases you can create an account or checkout as a guest (at the time this review was written). Items are well packaged and come in a delivery box with the brand logo. This is the Etude House site so you get items directly from the source.

A 4.5 stars actually.
This is a korean makeup and personal care store. It ships worldwide and has really good prices and a variety of products to chose. All work good but they don't do miracles. You are paying for what you're getting. The images and the products match perfectly and it's cheaper to buy from the site than from Amazon or Ebay. The customer service is amazing. They answer really quickly and help you out even when you have complaints, something a lot of online stores don't do (Rosewholesale for example.) The time of arrival is mostly accurate. Would really recommend it.
