I have worked very closely with Madison to make a valiant attempt at upgrading my Drum brakes to Disc. There were some pitfalls and Madison was awesome and extremely helpful in getting me the correct parts. Her positive attitude and parts knowledge made what could have been a painful experience a very positive experience. Madison is now my first call when I need anything trailer related.

Always get great service here, but the box this was shipped in was crazy heavy duty and monstrous for what was in it

ETrailer has a lot of online resources, they were very helpful when choosing which hitch and wiring harness to get. My order was delivered very quickly.

The free shipping resets every day, I think they should just own it, instead of trying to convince shoppers that they have to act right now. It feels like a scam.

Just the same, I feel like I got a good price, and I did some price shopping.
I have not installed the hitch yet, perhaps I'll get around to updating the review once I get it installed.

Finally decided to try the RAS system for the truc me since I bought a bigger camper. Ordered it hoping it would get here in time for an install before our new camping trip. Arrived in plenty of time! Opened it up and went through the instructions and got to the install. So, advice…read instructions from start to finish before starting! LOL. I thought they sent the wrong ones and then I read the instructions and then said, oh yea, forgot that part. Ha ha. Anyway, there's always a better way to do things based on your situation and vehicle. So after a few different attempts, finally got my groove and install went just fine. As always…take your time, double check everything before tightening down! Anyway, completed the install and then took it for a quick drive. Real happy with it! Will be trying it with the camper next week. Again, thanks to the etrailer peeps for getting it to me on time, since Murphy's Law resides in my garage, I wanted plenty of time to do the install right…and they delivered! Literally. Thanks again and will look forward to the next orderb

The hitch was very well made and fit like a glove. The online instructions were spot on and extremely helpful. I ordered the curt wiring harness as well - the included instructions were way off - sent us on a wild goose chase for the car pigtail that wasn't there. On line forum got us straight

I ordered a blue ox baseplate for my 2021 ram 1500 and a curt wiring horness. The blue ox fit perfectly and wasn't to bad to install. The wiring horness was easy to install but after it was all done I had a issue with the break light on the driver side not working. After about a hour of testing I learned that the problem was with the wiring horness it had a bad resistor or it was installed backwards not letting the power to go through to the taillight on the driver side. It was a easy fix once I figured it out. The only issue was I started this adventure on Saturday and when I called for help the youg lady was unable to help me and the number she gave me for help was closed untile Monday. Best advice is start your project when the place you are buying from is open 😆. When I talk with them on Monday they said what I did was good and I shouldn't have any trouble. If I did to just call and they would help me get it fixed right away. It's all you can ask for!

I ordered two wheel and tires which did not fit my trailer which was my fault. The lug nut spacing on my trailer was 2 5/8" and the one they sent was 3". I should have measured a little closer so I had to take the new tires off the wheels they sent and put them on my old wheels.
