They charge you more than double price I could've just gotten from the vendor. When I googled the concert and the venue this site showed up first. I had no idea I was ordering tickets from a site that over charges. I order tickets a lot and I've never had this happen. It will never happen to me again! When I go back on the site and look I do see now in small print that the tickets could cost more. I just hope this doesn't happen to too many more people. I'm just praying now that the tickets really do get me into the venue.

I bought tickets well in advance. Two days before the concert i was told that the tickets were not secured BUT they would get me better seats. I approved this. The day of I still had not gotten my tickets. I called and was told it was the vendue that had not released the tickets. Then I called around 330pm because the show started in 4 hours and was told they contacted the supplier and the tickets had to be released in one hour. I received a phone call at 420pm saying they had no tickets and nothing could be done.
I had paid $500 for a hotel specifically to see the show. I told them this and was told I would receive 200% of my money back... that at least covered the hotel.
I got an email a few hours later they only returned 120% of the money which didnt cover the hotel room. I emailed back and they said sorry cant do anything else for you.

This company is a complete rip off. I have told a lot of people not to sue them.

I was on a specific concert website and without knowing it my purchase was redirected to etickets. I thought I was purchasing tickets from the concert box office at $49/each but instead etickets picked me up at $121.00/each. I can't tell you how the switch happened but the concert box office told me this is not the first time they have heard this. Etickets will not refund my money. Even though I reached out to them immediately. WATCH OUT!

Be careful if you type the name of a band followed by the word "tour" because the eticket website will come up and you DO NOT want to buy ticket through them. I could have bought tickets through the concert venue for $80 less. They are counting on suckers and there is one born every minute. I fell for it once, but never again. I suspect this practice is not sustainable. Buyer Beware. I know I have buyer's remorse big time!

Double the cost of even Ticketmaster! I thought I was buying from the band's vendor but these predators must be paying up for search results sending me to Etickets. $144 then my wife tells me they are $84 and on Ticketmaster!

Bought tickets from them; immediately called to change the date, they informed me "too bad nothing we can do; try to sell them". Horrible customer service, horrible refund policy, 2.5x the actual cost from the just going to the site (my fault). They will do nothing to help you refund or change the ticket so buyer BEWARE of this horrible business. Just all out a really horrible experience with them. (Much like Orbitz circa 2000's).

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I paid $541.20 for ballet tickets over a month ago for a Christmas present to my husband. This morning, 12 hours before the event, I was informed that they couldn't sell me the tickets but they would substitute my orchestra seat tickets for upper balcony! OMG - not even CLOSE to what I paid for.

Needless to say, I asked for a complete refund. I will never use this service again.

I tried to purchase tickets for the Chicago Hip Hop Nutcracker. On Facebook it jumped to kalamazoo mi where there are mo shows.

I have been scammed 250$ CAD for etickets for a show that was 58$. Late at night I was redirected on that site and I dont understand why since the ticket are available on the website now.

They charged me over a hundred dollars for a $55 ticket to go see a concert in Montana. They have scammed me and I would tell people not to ever use them for anything.

Don't buy anything here! It's a theft I bought 2 tickets for the circus and they charged me 176 dollars On the circus website it is only 82 dollars.
And I don't even know if the tickets are real

This company sold tickets to an event, "emailed" the tickets to me, then the event was canceled, after all attendees arrived, due to the event planners flop. ETickets.com turns around and "offer" my refund MINUS delivery fees or I could take a 110% voucher to another event they'll be covering.
They "EMAILED ME" MY TICKETS! How does that equate to $65?
Don't use this site EVER.
I also purchased 2 other tickets, for the same event, from TICKETMASTER and the refunded 100% of my money back with no slick tricks of forcing a profit.

This web site is way over priced. Charged over 60.00 over what ticket master. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Does not even desver a 1 rating.

Could not get the email with our tickets, tried getting help, M.J.-(the only name she would give me) Shift supervisor, was a jerk and a joke! Do not order from them! Wasted $350 on tickets I couldn't use and they REFUSED to be any help! Had to spend another $400 buying new tickets to get into the show!

Site has no integrity. I wasn't even that concerned about the price gouging; we really wanted to see Yo-Yo Ma with the BSO. A day and a half before the performance, we were informed that there were no tickets available and my purchase had been refunded! Sure, buy tix on the site. BUT, please don't plan anything special (birthday, anniversary, special visitor…) around the event. Most likely, you will be disappointed.

Buy direct from the The Met. They charge 2x as much for worse seats. Learned our lesson the hard way.

I purchased over $700 worth of tickets, realized they were double the normal price and extreme top of the stadium. I called them to see about changing seats or canceling my tickets. Canned response of sorry no returns all sales are final. Ended up purchasing better tickets half the price from a more reputable company. Now I have four Arlington Supercross tickets for sale.
