I was so scared to use this because electricity is not my friend. I am always getting electrocuted so you can imagine how I felt about this machine. So I tried it on hubby first because yup, he is my guinea pig. After watching a few videos on how to use it, I learned that you can use something slippery to help the wand slide better on the face. I used a moisturizing aloe gel. You can use it directly on the face or with a mesh in between the face and the wand. And you have to place your finger on the wand and then turn it on to ground it and do the same before turning it off. I used it directly on Hubby's face and he said he felt a small tingle that was not uncomfortable. While using it, it does let out a strange scent that I later learned is called 'OZONE' which is normal. Now let me tell you, hubby has very oily skin, but when I finished the treatment, his face was so smooth and soft to the touch that I could not stop touching his face, and the few lines that he had seemed to have been erased. I finally used it on myself when I broke out during that time of the month and the few bumps that I had disappeared by the next day. I highly recommend this machine because it's great for a weekly beauty routine and it's such a great price.

I purchased their high frequency wand last May and it's completely stopped working. Current doesn't not run through any of the attachments. When I contacted their support team I was told since it was over the 90 day period there was nothing they could do to help. I should have trusted the bad reviews.

Recently bought the wand and found it to be a wonderful product. Battery life is good and the results are great. Within a week a noticed my skin clearing up!

I've done all the creams x curology, and even other high frequency product ripoffs but when my esthetician told me this brand was different I had to try it. And I have not been disappointed

I purchased 2 products! The high frequency wand and the hydro cleaner. The wand is not bad and it really works. The hydro cleaner is an absolute cheap product. The solution container is constantly falling off and I saw the same reviews in YouTube!

Costumer service is great if you don't need to exchange or return product. Only if you are happy with it! The shipment was ok but the adopter provided with the product is for the bin. It does not work with EU requirements ans standards.

I purchase a high-frequency therapy kit last year and I am still waiting for it. I wrote to the support team inquiring about it and they took off all responsibility and said I should contact the local post. I did, and the tracking number the company provided me for the local post was not registered. I contacted them back asking for a refund and they said they couldn't give me one until the pack would be sent back to them. So basically, no one knows where the pack is and when is being sent back, while I am staying without money, and without the product. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM. At least not if you are outside the US.

Thanks eternal clear for refunding the amount. I waited for nearly 9 months, but am glad you made it sure that you wouldn't disappoint your customers.

Well, of course I encountered the reviews only after I already bought it. So in 2 months after shipping I received half of the order, 2nd half I am still waiting for. The product looks shabby, and it comes with an US type fork. Even though they give you an "adapter" for the EU sockets, this adapter does not enter any EU sockets because the adapter is trapezoid and the socket has a round entrance!

100% SCAM!
I'm still waiting after almost 3 months! I purchased other products that do similar things, so I contacted customer service and said it's been too long, please respectively cancel and refund. According to the agent "Rachel Parker", this cannot be done.

A quick Google search reveals that "Rachel Parker" from Eternal Clear is nowhere to be found... And neither is Eternal Clears CEO!

This company uses aggressive Facebook advertising with fake reviews. After I made the purchase I realized that the reviews and product photos on their website were from other product's Amazon reviews. These products were a similar device selling at a third of what Eternally Clear is. The wand itself arrived, the quality doesn't seem great for the high price tag. What got me really frustrated was that the reading materials that the website claim are included in the box; a guide, instructions, and support manual were missing. I contacted the company to ask if I could have these materials sent to me and received no response. I then requested to return the item, the website states a 10 day return policy then they responded refusing to accept my return. They say that they do not send manuals with the product and will not accept my return. This is not a good company to deal with, I suggest purchasing yours from the company on Amazon that they have taken the reviews from. You will save a lot of money, receive all of the said included materials, and be able to return it if you aren't satisfied. Other companies also offer a warranty. I hope to bring awareness to a dishonest business and help others from making bad shopping impulses.
