Ordered on 22nd sept 2023. 2 weeks later, no news on shipping. The website said 24 hour shipping. I emailed 3 times, IG DM & commented asking for cancellation. Never got a reply. I have just gone to their website- and it has been completely removed. They owe me $200.

My skins never been so clear and I've only used it less than two weeks. I can't wait to continue seeing results. I don't get new breakouts anymore and it's quick to heal redness and scars. The company also responds quick and was very helpful.

The argon wand separated from the argon with minimal pressure. The Hydra dermabrasion does not emit water with all of the included inter changeable heads.

I haven't actually used the product yet. It did come quickly

I ordered something in ZAR, but when the payment was made in USD, I immediately noticed that there was a mistake with the order and sent an email to EC support. I was overcharged by ZAR 1000 + and paid for something that was advertised as free with my order. I immediately sent screenshots of the offer I was responding to and buying, but Marissa from support eventually said that they couldn't help, because I had placed the wrong order.! Not cool! They could simply have cancelled the wrongful order and ordered what I wanted.
Fast forward 5 weeks, I still haven't received my order and Marissa said that they simply cannot trace an order once the parcel is no longer on US soil and that I should contact my local post office! I ordered and paid for a delivery to my door!
I have now requested a full refund, but with this company's track record so far, I am not very optimistic.

UPDATE: IT IS NOW ALMOST 10 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND. NOBODY AT THE COMPANY RESPONDS TO MY E-MAILS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I have used the Eternal Clear wand a couple of times and so far I like it. It seems to help with acne a breakouts so I'm happy with my purchase.

Not the fastest shipping. Packaged very well, overall wonderful product.

Easy to use it
Just following the instructions on the box, I started right away!

I got an email that said it was supposed to be delivered earlier than it was. I tinted the order to make it in time for a consolidation service to me sent to me in the Philippines but it was delivered late so I had to pay a separate fee

I am absolutely obsessed with skin care, I have only used this 2 times as I just got it, but it got rid of a pimple I had. Definitely recommend
