This site comes up when searching for application for esta with the usa embassy and looks like the official site. They took £48.00 from me for two applications when cost direct with usa embassy would have been about £18.00 - a clear rip-off. All they do is transfer your data (probably auto) direct to the usa website. They say they offer a service but when you contact for a refund they do not respond. They should not be allowed to exist!
