What do you get the person that really needs nothing. This is a great gift because not only is one getting a forever title but it's benefiting a great cause with something that helps the environment. My ONLY suggestion is to be in constant contact with Established Titles. Read the fine print for no surprises. Any questions, email them. They actually do respond.
My late wife and I always talked about getting this. She passed away in November, and I saw an ad for it on Facebook about a month later. Her family was from Scotland, and it just seemed like it was meant to be. It didn't take long to get it, and it is a great addition to the house.
We were so tickled to receive our property paper for Scottland. We loved how nice the frame and print font was. So much fun to be able to share this with guests.
Our friend who really does have everything was turning 50…. We were wracking our brains trying to think of what to get him, when I remembered the establish title that I bought for husband a few years ago. Because it is instant delivery, we were able to print it out, and then I photoshopped a photo of him standing infront of an old Scottish castle ruin, bought a double frame and presented it to him…. I have honestly never heard him laugh so much! It now takes pride of place in the living room and he reminds everyone to address him by the title of Lord. He reckons it is the best present he has ever received!,
The printed certificate was a little lower quality than I expected, but overall it was a very fun gift and my friend really enjoys it!
There was a shipping issue it hot lost but they made it right and I would definitely say they had good customer service and would do it again.

I read a lot about this prior to purchasing it but I must say not even the negative reviews could keep me away. It was so much fun receiving a Lady certificate! And after I received mine, my mom desperately wanted one too therefore I gave her the perfect Mother's Day gift: I turned her into a lady;-) now my little 9 year old sister is the next in line to become a lady but we have told her she needs to behave like a lady to become one. She has been on best behaving anxiously looking forward to becoming a lady. This has become such a fun gift within our family!

I was struggling with gift ideas for my son's birthday. It's an age when younger people seem to have everything they both need and want. While this is more of a novelty than anything else, the service is great, and their purchase process is streamlined. You do have the option of receiving a printed document, but upon completion of purchase, you get a digital copy right away. It's a well-designed certificate, and perhaps, someday, I will use my title of "Lord." It's a cute gift, and especially if you have any connection to Scotland.
I have always wanted a title and this was the perfect way to get one! Very quick and easy to deal with - received my certificate and email almost instantly. I have been 'Lord-ing' it over my friends ever since ;) Would highly recommend for those who have always felt like an aristocrat but just happened to luck out by being born into the wrong family.
