essentialbag.de Delivery is slow

A little over a month ago June 2026 I ordered the wallet and 2 tracker cards. The address they have sent it to does not exist however the billing address is correct on the invoice. The package was returned to sender. I have logged tickets via their support tried their support bot and sent numerous email 's but received Zero response to date.
Update some 5 weeks later i received my wallet and am happy with the look and quality
