Sometimes when you give them simple instructions, they take it out of context and produce a product that far exceeds what you need to the point you can not use it. Ensure you are in constant touch with the writer and keep returning the product until you are satisfied. I had to go back three times.

If I could've gotten updates daily, even though that comes off as micro managing, I was already skeptical using this service. But when I didn't hear from my writer, I got worried that I was being scammed.
I also didn't hear from my writer on the due date until I reached out to him first.
He did give me a fantastic paper.
Only change I would recommend, would be more communication with customers.
