The customer service was good, they answered all of my questions. I needed someone to write a research proposal and selected a writer with a five-star rating. He claimed that he had experience writing similar papers; He wrote the paper before the deadline but the instructions weren't followed whatsoever, the text was barely readable. After ending the contract, I left a one-star rating and he messaged me asking to remove it... Highly unprofessional. It will take up to 3 days for them to process whether I will receive my money back. I will write an update later.
