Communication with writer was very good. Always timely response. Layout of document was good however citing and repetitive are a concern. Would use it again to get a good base for a paper. Would not use for a turn key paper. I was under a time crunch and writer did get paper out as promised. However, I will need to go in and revise the redundant nature and cite references properly.
