Confusing at times but I will see after I get my paper

I had to make a new account because my rating was low, in the 70s and writers would not bid on my orders because of it. I am blamed for writers lousy, horrible abilities to write a paper, let alone a non plagiarized one. Many writers do not follow instructions they are told whether its written on the order before bidding or afterwards. I've had writers do 2 -4 revisions and still crappy work. I should be give a discount code for my next order due to the all the pathetic work I've been given.
