I think the add funds method is a little confusing. I am wondering if the paper is going to be sent to me to download or to print. Where will they be sending it to me... via email, text message, etc. Just a few unanswered questions and concerns.

The response time with the customer service/quick chat is what sold me. I had tried another company and no response but had the same disclaimer of 24/7 live chat assistance. Then my writer...
