The ordering process is a bit tricky. I thought I made an order, and I thought pressing the hire button once, then it took me straight from there to the paying portion of the order. So I did that. Apparently paying for it wasn't enough. Apparently, you have to press the hire button for a second time. I logged off because I thought I was finished and went to look for my essay the next day and the order showed cancel. Bummer. I'm giving it another try. Be sure not to make the same mistake!
