It's a pretty straight forward process. My only issue is when it's time to make the payments, there are forms of payment that I've never seen before (i. E. solid or stripe credit card), so I wasn't sure which one I was supposed to select. I reached out to the chat and was advised that any option would work with a Visa or MC, but the "stripe" option is known for faster payment processing. Overall, I give this a 4.5/5
