I was aware that I needed to explain what a Cause and Effect essay consists of or how it should flow but the paper didn't appear to follow the guidelines. It was well researched and had good points but not exactly what the assignment called for. When O kindly brought it to the writers attention she seems led to get upset and didn't respond anymore. I extended the time 3 times waiting for an edit bit nothing. I turned in the 1st paper with a few personal changes 5 minutes before the deadline. Maybe some of the issues was due it being my first order but it was not a smooth process.
This issue has already been resolved. Support contacted the user and suggested possible solutions.
