My paper was done way before the deadline. Perfect

The beginning process was fine. Communication was going smoothly which made me very happy. We had to do multiple revisions because it seemed like the writer wasn't paying attention to the rubric provided. I even provided a sample assignment so they could see what was needed. It laid it out exactly. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to help. I know revisions come with the nature of the projects so no real complaints there. On try number three, the 'revised' assignment had no changes on it. I asked if maybe they sent the wrong item. She sent it again, but still no changes. I stated it was the same paper as before and she doubled-down that she did make changes. She even stated she would highlight the changes, but of course couldn't... because there were not changes to highlight. Instead, hours later sent an updated assignment. If it was an accident then it's fine your human it happens. Just don't make other people feel like they're wrong when you made a simple mistake. Also, the assignment area I was requesting her to change was still wrong anyways so I had to do the changes myself. May have been amazing for others but not so much for me. Gave three stars because the other areas were fine, but the experience and last updates/changes were problematic.

As a first-time user and a first-impression type of person, I wasn't satisfied. Very nice individual and offered to make the corrections and adjustments needed. The initial "final" paper was nowhere near completed, it had instructions in some places with no research and only three citations. Again, all have been corrected, but if I wasn't a reader, I would have paid for a not even 1/2 done assignment. Would I use again, maybe / maybe not. I am not sure at this point. Thank you!
