Based on the assignments I have submitted, I have failed multiple times when submitting for grading. Not too happy to fail my assignments when I am paying for them, especially to fail them more than once.

Customer service team is supportive, but the writer wasn't competent enough, I gave him the same feedback for 4 times and they were not addressed. Which ended in receiving an unsatisfactory mark.
When I asked for the writer to be replaced, I was told that I'll have to pay 70% of the amount to the first writer and hire another one with a 30% discount, which I believe is ridiculous considering the outcome.
Its unfortunate how things ended but I will never use this platform again
