The writer provided fast turnaround, with the paper completed before the deadline. However, the quality wasn't great. You should have an option for clients to select/pay for the quality of paper they want-- the difference between an 'A' grade and a 'C' grade. That would help me (and others) select the best writer bidding for the assignment.
