The overall experience was good. My only issue came with the bitting part when I asked a question to the writer and then he changed the price without explaining. Even tho the automatic message said it was due to "more work", the author did not take the time to understand my question as I was asking to confirm if he was aware of the specifics of what the chapter needed and not asking for anything different than was requested initially. Then, out of nothing, all the other writers increased the cost without knowing what was going on. The price increase was not an issue but the way that it happened was. I ended up selecting one of the writers who kept the original quote and worked with her without issues.
