Too much going on.
April 13, 2015

Too much going on. I understand you have to cater to your demographic, but this is way too much like the rest of social media. Why don't you just stick to sports? No movie info, no Hollywood info, no weather or tragic news info. Just sports. Thank you for a few good years but I will be moving on. Maybe Fox Sports can do what you used to... report sports.

I'm not a fan of the new redesigned ESPN.
It's a little to much.
Not as simple to use as it used to be.

It is a fairly BIG magazine, not your normal size by any means, so it will take a lot of space. It is entertaining to some degree and has some articles that I found interesting. The thing that kept from giving it 5 stars is that in today's world and with ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN NEWS, ESPN CLASSIC and more available in my TV, why should I keep this subscription? Almost everything in it, you will have seen already in the TV. If you like reading magazines, go ahead, as for me, I canceled the subscription because I didn't see a point in getting old news on the mail.

Like a previous reviewer, I subscribed to this magazine solely for the access to ESPN Insider. Instead of paying $6.99/month for Insider, $14.99 gets me a year of ESPN Insider, along with a year of the magazine. As for the magazine itself, it's sort of a high-energy, exciting, layout-filled sports page. The tone of it is far from serious, as it is filled with jokes and sarcasm (not necessarily a bad thing.) But if you're looking for a well-written magazine with insightful articles, stick to Sports Illustrated. If you simply want a colorful magazine filled with cool sports information (and your ESPN Insider access), go ahead and get this. I did, and I look forward to renewing it in a few months. In fact, just for the ESPN Insider, I'm raising my rating from three to four stars.

One of the worst sports sites there are. No journalistic integrity, and this site is more of a sports gossip site than actual sports news. Don't even get me started on how awful their NHL section is (it's easily the worst site to get professional hockey news from). You have to pay to get any decent content. Go to NBC Sports, it's far better than this site.
