My last sign did not arrive on the day it was promised and i will be calling customer service since the sign portion itself is not attached at the bottom.
Plus in general i was not pleased with the material that was used to print on that is then attached to the sign itself. Not worth the price

Customer service is wonderful...we tossed out two images I had previously chosen due to poor dpi and chose two others. However, I didn't crop the image of the birds so that it would print onto the 20x20 format and still have some interest in the upper section. My fault but I will probably not use that canvas in shows. It's all a learning curve! Thank you.
(is there a way to okay a proof before having it printed on canvas...to the exact placement on canvas?)

Based just on the banner design software and price, I recommended you to a friend and they placed their order before I did! Their banner arrived and looks great; it was a big hit. Since then the banner I ordered arrived and I am very pleased. The colors are vibrant and the finished product looks exactly like the online design. Also the material weight and quality is much higher than I expected for a banner designed for interior use.
