The on-line design feature on your web site is easy to use and let me design my banners exactly the way I wanted them. Shipping time was exactly what the shipping calculator said it would be and when they arrived the banners were exactly what I ordered. Great experience all around!

Everything was good except for I thought that I didn't click that I wanted grommets in it. When it arrived, it had grommets in it though I didn't want them. Not sure where the confusion was.
