Ordering was easy, fine when the picture I wanted to use was not of high nough quality. I received an email advsising me that it would not turn out good. I called and spoke to someone and then chose another picture and called again and they checked to make sure the quality of the picture was good. Boom, we had a good picture and a great banner for my Dad's 80th birthday in 6 days.

Like the banners a lot. Only one improvement could be made. I ordered 2'x4' banners. They came with 4 grommets - one in each corner. They could also use one in the middle on the top and bottom (ie 3 along the top and bottom). I would have been willing to pay a little bit more to have that.

We have been very happy with the quality of your banners, the prices, and the timely shipping. We used to use another sign company for our needs but because of the great variety of products you offer and our great experience so far with you, we will probably continue to use you in the future.

This is not the first time I have bought from eSigns... you create quality products. Again, I recieved a primo banner (5'x6') for my band a week earlier than anticipated. All of the banners you have done for me retain their colors and durability. Bravo!
