I did have an excellent experience with the design and receipt of the sign. I did have one problem. I wanted to get the opinion of some other people about my sign design. I had to do a screen print to have something to send to them. Seems like there should be a better way.
CS was extremely helpful as this was my first time ordering a banner. It came out absolutely PERFECT!
The site was easy to use and design my sign. The shipping was high, but fast. I had to unsubscribe from their emails because I was getting 2 or 3 a day.
Perfect except I couldn't get the special instruction section to work. And I didn't see a selection for grommets which I need. Wonderful until stressed at the payment part where now i don't know if I'll get my banner with grommets and in time for my event.
However your staff contacted me the next morning to let me know the banner came with grommets which immediately alleviated my concerns. Kudos to them for being clear in explanation and quick in responding. Banner came in on time as promised and was flawless. Very pleased!
