In the past a discount was emailed after large orders. As I order for fundraisers and school events this helped offset the expense. These discounts have been missed and have definitely caused us to order less this year.
Awesome time frame, good quality sign and it looks exactly the way we wanted it. For a 40ft Long by 8ft tall banner being ordered designed and delivered within 1 week I was amazed it came out prefect.
I received my signs which were double sided. They were directionally signs On one side the arrow was switched but the dog chasing the bunny was not. It is very confusing! Hopefully I will never have to use the other side but I paid for a double sided sign I wished I did not because it is not a good directional sign. Next time I would order one sided if that is the correct way that your company does signs

Overall the experience was almost great. The products are exactly what we need. The customer service is excellent. The only complaint is the way the products are packed. We ordered five A-frames which were boxed individually. One box was very banged up and the A-Frame was bent. We received the replacement today and sad to say the box was banged up again, but at least the A-Frame was fine.
The packaging is bad. The card board boxes are thin and all the taping isn't helping at all. I suggest better, sturdier packaging.
I praise your customer service staff. They are professional and efficient, top-of-the-line staff! Awesome!
